David is a founding principal of Keystone Benefit Group. His experience spans over 25 years as an actuary and consultant to companies, executives and healthcare providers in the filed of executive compensation and benefits. Over the last twenty years, David has has created and designed dozens of unique non-qualified plan arrangements that have been endorsed by a variety of national tax firms and implemented by hundreds of exempt organizations.
David attended the University of Georgia and earned degrees in Risk Management and Political Science.
Jeff is a founding principal of Keystone Benefit Group. Jeff is a tax attorney with an extensive background in ERISA and tax issues related to non-qualified retirement benefit planning.
Jeff's tax and ERISA background coupled with his nationally recognized expertise in insurance-based non-qualified benefit plans provides clients and their tax advisors a necessary level of support during the plan implementation process.
Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and then obtained his Juris Doctor degree for Cumberland University. He later attended the University of Denver and received his LL.M. in taxation.
Michael is a director at Keystone Benefit Group with a focus on plan design and performance analysis. Prior to joining Keystone Benefit Group, Michael was an Senior Analyst at Hammond Hanlon Camp in the investment banking division with a focus on sell-side M&A and capital raising transactions for non-profit hospitals and healthcare systems.
Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a B.B.A. in Finance from The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
